HYDRAULIC TILT SYSTEM

Additional hydraulic cylinder above articulated steering for tilting front and rear car, lockable for ditch crossing, including electromagnetic controlled hydraulic valve and all necessary installation, switches at dashboard area. No extra hydraulic system necessary (driven by steering system).

OIL SPILL BODY WITH OIL SPILL EQUIPMENT

1200 litre reservoir, reservoir galvanised, vacuum pump 54001/min, vacuum performance 8500mm WS, pump can work in vacuum modus and pressure modus, compressor with Vanguard petrol engine 16hp. Complete equipped with hoses and suction nozzle. Mounted on galvanised frame and frame mounted on Hagglunds with fenders, rear lights.

2-WAY RAILWAY TRACK SYSTEM

Complete installed, with front and rear rail guide system mounted to the Hagglund frame. Hydraulically activated. Driver can stay in the car for getting on/off the rail. Sensor system for enabling the driver to get the vehicle in straight steering position for rail driving. With camera system front and rear and monitor to help for getting into position. Including full hydraulic system and complete installation.

PALETIZING SYSTEM – HOOK LIFT HELLGETH HEWL 206-1

Including complete double gear pump hydraulic system for front and rear car, including inox steel oil tank, electric activated valves and cable control unit, complete electric system with sensors, control and wiring, track fenders from aluminum, rear bumper and tail lights. With 4 point locking for amphibious containers. Fully installed and ready for work. Without container, available for original track width 1850mm or 2000mm version.

WATER PROPULSION SYSTEM

Pump drive shaft for higher torque, high performance hydraulic pump with increased flow and pressure, increased size of suction and pressure hoses and lines. Modified steering system with load sensing signal and priority valve for using steering oil flow additionally. Hydraulic valve unit with forward and reverse mode. 4 hydraulic motors mounted at the center beam, 2 front 2 rear. Power approx. 8kW per motor. 32kW total. One 250mm propeller per motor. With propeller protection. Design speed in water approx. 6kph (speed just driven by tracks 3kph) Jet drive as above, but automatic fold propellers, unfolded 300mm dia, no protection.

WINCH SYSTEM (combination of A + B)

DIFF LOCK FOR FRONT AND/OR REAR CAR

Consisting of a special cast aluminum housing for the diff, special multiple disc clutch, oil hydraulic piston, special shaft and gear wheels. Provides 100% traction on each track on drivers demand. Includes an electrohydraulic activation system, switch and control light at the dashboard. Fully installed. No extra hydraulic system necessary. Driven by steering system.

LONG TRACK VERSION

For rear car, consists of a stretched undercarriage with extended main beam and track beams, one set of extra road wheels, extra torsion springs and swing arms, and longer tracks. Payload 2640kg on the rear car instead of 2200kg standard. The extension is 500mm.
*only in combination with wide track version 2000mm
